In 2018, I wrote extensively about the future of onchain cashflow and protocol-powered businesses, two years before DeFi summer.
Eight years later we are seeing the end-state of this idea with onchain businesses with cashflow being acquired at revenue multiples. Meanwhile, stablecoins are powering parts of growing businesses around the world.
In the future, we will see more of the business financial flows onchain and more businesses onchain. In this world, mass automation will follow. This is the future I'm building towards.
